Good to know

  • Wilfa does not publish per-method settings in numbers or burr travel per step.
  • The Honest Coffee Guide table did not render when fetched. These values came from search-result extracts and match a straight-line map of HCG's method ranges onto this grinder's 220-1010 µm span. Re-check against the live page.
  • Honest Coffee Guide's ranges are wide and overlap. They are a starting window, not a measurement on this grinder.
  • zero_offset_um 220 is the finest end of Honest Coffee Guide's 220-1010 µm range. Treat as an estimate.
  • Espresso is possible (CoffeeGeek pulled a good double at setting 3) but the steps are too coarse to fine-tune shots. Adjust dose to compensate.
  • Retention is 1-2 g if you just let it run; flapping the hopper lid at the end of the grind clears it to near zero (CoffeeGeek).
  • CoffeeGeek's spec list says 40 settings; most retailers and Honest Coffee Guide say 41. Range is set to 1-41.
  • Wilfa now sells the Uniform Evo (64 mm burrs) in Europe as its successor. North American availability of this original model is unclear, so status may change to discontinued.
  • Release year not confirmed. Lardera began US import in 2022 (CoffeeGeek); the European launch was earlier.
