Good to know
- 15 um per click and the 0.075 mm gap at 0 clicks are Timemore's figures. Timemore warns that pressing down on the handle can shift the shaft and cause light burr rub at 0.
- Honest Coffee Guide's S3 page uses a 0-9 scale (330-1110 um) and puts V60 at 0.9-4.2. It does not match Timemore's 90-click chart, so it is not used here.
- The external ring turns easily; several owners report bumping it while grinding. Check the setting before each grind.
- Burr size 42 mm, capacity 30 g, weight 798 g and size 55 x 182 mm are from Eight Ounce Coffee's listing; Timemore's page does not state them. Cremashop lists capacity as 20-25 g.
- zero_offset_um is an estimate.
