Stored as total divisions from zero. Convert rotations as R*50 + D, e.g. 2.5 rotations = 125 divisions. The knob turns freely between marks.

Good to know
- 10 um per division is the axial burr travel (0.5 mm thread pitch / 50 divisions), as stated by Kinu retailers. The perpendicular gap between conical burrs changes by less than this.
- Honest Coffee Guide counts in rotations from zero; values here are multiplied by 50 to get divisions.
- Range max of 425 divisions (8.5 turns) is the end of Honest Coffee Guide's chart, not a published limit.
- Weight conflict: Prima and Cremashop list about 1.17 kg; Eight Ounce lists 1.85 kg. Hopper 40-50 g, grounds catch 30-35 g.
