Good to know
- KINGrinder's 33 µm per click is axial burr travel. CoffeeGeek's testing puts the real grind change at about 15 µm per click, so the micron formula will overshoot on this grinder; prefer the settings above.
- CoffeeGeek's tested ranges (from zero): espresso 17-20, moka 20-23, AeroPress 27-37, V60 38-43, Chemex 50-57, French press 70-77. Settings drop a click or two after break-in.
- KINGrinder lists espresso at 10-20 clicks for the P2, but it is a budget pour-over-focused grinder; espresso_capable is false here as a judgement call.
- Don't turn the handle at 0 or below 8 clicks, per the manual, so range.min is 8. No maximum is published.
- Honest Coffee Guide's P0, P1 and P2 tables are identical, so they are not used.
- zero_offset_um is an estimate.
