How to read the dial
Clicks counted from zero. 1 rotation = 60 clicks. KINGrinder writes plain clicks, e.g. 100 clicks. Honest Coffee Guide writes rotation.click, e.g. 1.22 = 60 + 22 = 82 clicks.
Zero: adjustment nut turned clockwise until it stops at 0 for the last time; do not force it

Good to know
- The current K6 manual gives one value per method, so each range is a single point. Nudge from there.
- An older combined K4/K6 manual gives ranges instead: Turkish 28-40, espresso 40-60, moka/AeroPress 60-80, pour-over 80-100, French press 140. The KINGrinder home page chart is different again. Expect spread.
- KINGrinder says not to turn the handle at 0 or below 15 clicks, so range.min is 15.
- range.max of 160 is from retailer copy ('16 micron clicks, 160 settings'); other listings say 200. Not confirmed by KINGrinder.
- The 16 µm figure comes from KINGrinder's spec as repeated by retailers (Sigma Coffee), not a KINGrinder page I could read directly.
- Honest Coffee Guide's K6 and K4 tables are identical, which looks like a copy error, so they are not used here.
- zero_offset_um is an estimate.
