Good to know
- Hario does not publish microns per click. Honest Coffee Guide's chart spans 200-1400 um over 20 clicks (about 60 um per click), so microns_per_step is left null; use the method settings.
- Range max of 20 is the end of Honest Coffee Guide's chart, not a published limit.
- Burr size per Prima Coffee: 30 mm inner cone, 40 mm outer ring.
- Weight conflict: Prima lists 308 g, Galaxus 408 g. Capacity 24 g per Seattle Coffee Gear and Hario UK; Prima lists 40-50 g.
- Fine settings work for Turkish-style and pressurised-basket espresso, but steps are too coarse to dial in real espresso.
- zero_offset_um uses the bottom of Honest Coffee Guide's range.
