Stored as total numbers from zero, decimals allowed. Convert R.N.T (Honest Coffee Guide) as R*12 + N + T/3, e.g. 1.6.0 = 18.
Zero: burrs flush, pointer between 12 and 1 (do not force past this)

Good to know
- Knock does not publish microns per number or the thread pitch. Honest Coffee Guide's chart implies about 22 um of particle-size change per number; microns_per_step is left null. Use the method settings.
- Knock says most grinding happens within the first 4 turns (48 numbers). Range max 62 is the end of Honest Coffee Guide's chart.
- Turn the crank arm while holding the dial lid still: clockwise opens (coarser), anticlockwise closes (finer).
- If the setting drifts under load, Knock says to replace the shaft o-ring that holds it.
- Settings here are for the standard burrs. The Blue Dot PO burr option is not covered by any chart found.
- Released 2022 is the current refreshed version (all-metal, Italmill TiN burrs); the original Aergrind dates from earlier.
- zero_offset_um is an estimate.
