How to read the dial
R.N.C. 1 rotation = 6 numbers = 60 clicks; 1 number = 10 clicks. Total clicks = R x 60 + N x 10 + C. Example: 1.2.3 = 60 + 20 + 3 = 83 clicks. 1Zpresso also writes rotation.number, e.g. 2.3 = 120 + 30 = 150 clicks.
Zero: burrs touching (handle can no longer spin freely)

Good to know
- Max of 270 clicks = 4.5 rotations, per the 1Zpresso X-Ultra manual.
- Only 6 numbers per rotation (not 10 like the J-Ultra and K-Ultra). Don't reuse J-Ultra or K-Ultra conversions.
- Home Coffee Expert publishes different ranges (espresso 0.4.0-1.1.0, pour over 2.0.0-2.4.0), so expect some spread between charts.
- No X-Ultra chart was found as text on 1Zpresso's site, so settings come from Honest Coffee Guide.
- zero_offset_um is an estimate.
