How to read the dial
R.N.C. 1 rotation = 10 numbers = 30 clicks; 1 number = 3 clicks. Total clicks = R x 30 + N x 3 + C. Example: 1.2.1 = 30 + 6 + 1 = 37 clicks. 1Zpresso also writes rotation.number, e.g. 1.4 = 42 clicks, 2.5 = 75 clicks.
Zero: burrs touching (turn dial clockwise until resistance)

Good to know
- Travel pour-over grinder. Honest Coffee Guide lists espresso (0.5.1-1.1.0 = 16-33 clicks) and Turkish rows, but 25 µm clicks are too coarse to dial espresso well, so those rows are left out and espresso_capable is false.
- The dial numbers can read backwards relative to the click count (a customer review on 1Zpresso's site points this out). Count clicks from zero rather than reading the number.
- range.max of 120 clicks (4 rotations) is the top of the Honest Coffee Guide chart, not a published stop.
- 1Zpresso's Q-series chart is published as an image only; settings above use Honest Coffee Guide.
- zero_offset_um is an estimate.
